About.
Enabling product leadership to maximise the performance and impact of product teams
With over a decade working in technology organisations, working with teams to build better products for their customers and the business.
Focus.
Focused on ensuring business success through operational improvements, introducing strong experimental practices, enabling product thinking and Agile methodologies, while ensuring there is strong strategic alignment and a structure of outcome focused teams.
I have built upon these capabilities through working with a varied range of organisations. From ten people, fast moving, emerging tech startups to large scale traditional organisations going through complex technology revolutions. My experience covers consulting with teams across multiple industries including finance, retail, energy, media and even the world of online dating.
Through these experiences I have learned first-hand how operational excellence, strong experimental practices and building teams with a continuous improvement mindset are the key differentiators between an organisation and it’s competitors.

Golden Product Questions

Invisible Product Strategies
Perception is reality and when individuals or teams perceive that there is no product strategy, then there isn’t. That is their reality and it is in every sense real.
