We will start off with a free consultation to make sure that both this service and myself are the right fit for you. Following this we will have a short kick off to plan the coaching sessions and define our relationship and expectations

We will discuss your career to date, your current progression and what the next level for you might look like. Following this will be a customised deep-dive, dependent on your career stage and future aspirations, e.g. interview preparation, assignment support, role suitability, salary negotiations
